Unfortunately, because all our products are personalized, we do not accept returns on delivered products. However, if a product is damaged or incorrect when delivered, please reach out to us at CraftedByHITCH@gmail.com with proof of damage (if applicable) upon delivery, and we can discuss replacement options.
